All this process is carried out through our platform "Levu Dashboard" a WebApp in which our candidates enter to perform various tests and assessments so that our client on the other hand can enter the platform, view the deliverables of each of the candidates and in the end be able to select with whom he decides to continue and which he wants to discard.
We do not stop here, in addition to this arduous process we have an internal audit area, which is responsible for reviewing each stage of the process, each resume, each interview report, video, salary and document in detail to ensure that no candidate is below the guidelines that our client requests.
